Enable Gorgias chat widget in Layerise product assistant
apps ·You can enable Gorgias chat in your Layerise product assistants by following this guide.
You need your Gorgias admin account to follow the below steps:
1. Login to your Gorgias account and go to settings by clicking on highlighted button.

2. Go to integration and click on the chat option.

3. Click on Add new button

4. Click on any other website

5. Click on add new chat, scroll down, and copy the code from the below-highlighted snippet


6. Keep the copied code in a file
7. Open Layerise Portal and click on apps and choose Gorgias

8. Install Gorgias with highlighted install button

9. Paste the copied code from the Gorgias integration tab in highlighted field and click on install app

10. As the last step, open Layerise Portal and click on settings

11. Go to Chat in the settings, choose Gorgias, and click on save changes.

12. Test Gorgias chat in your product assistant.

And you are done! All the chats initiated by customers in the Layerise portal will now be redirected to Gorgias chat.
