How to export Layerise data to Klaviyosettings ·
Export your customer data in Layerise to Klaviyo using Zapier in eight simple steps.
You can choose between a list and segment :
- Whenever you want to interact with existing customers such as data available in a Layerise portal, your old campaign tool or you have data in Spreadsheet - Choose List.
- Whenever you want to interact with customers based on their behavior such as customers who have subscribed to the newsletter, customers who have added a product in the cart but have not purchased it in the last 30 days.
A List is recommended for existing customer data while a Segment is recommended for future customers based on their behaviors.
Step 1 : Create a list in Klaviyo for Layerise customer data
You can create a list for your existing customers as well using lists. Click on List & Segments from the main menu on the left side -> Click on Create List/Segment button on top of the list highlighted in blue -> choose the list from the option

E.g. Choose Email as one of the fields that you configured in Klaviyo list (in step 1) to add email IDs that will come from Layerise portal.
Step 7: Map the field from layerise into Klaviyo
Now that you have selected list fields that you want to enter details in, in this step you need to add what values you want to pass into those list fields.
E.g. You selected email as a field from Klaviyo List (in last step) and you want to pass value that is stored under email field in Layerise.
Step 8: Test your Zap
As next step, test your zap by clicking on 'Send Test' button that you see in Zapier. After succesful Zap, login to Klaviyo account and check Layerise List created. you should see 1 entry into the list.
If you see data in Klaviyo list, you are done. Next time there is a new customer in Layerise, Zapier will automatically send the data to Klaviyo List.
