A QR code directly placed on the product is a highly effective way to help your customers access their Product Assistant, but there are also other powerful options worth exploring!

Idea #1: Turn Layerise into your online Help Center

Make it easy for your customers to register and find the information they need by placing Layerise on your website using an iframe. URL14

How to set it up

  1. Log into Layerise and click on Assistant > choose a Product Assistant > click Preview and finally Open in browser: URL10

  2. Click on the logo in the top left corner:

  1. Copy the URL from the browser and use it for your website iframe: URL12

  2. Use the copied link in Target Attribute for your website iframe (you can find the Target Attribute) URL14

Please be adviced that you will need to set up the latter in your own website system.

Protip: The iframe has a border around it by default. If you want to modify or remove the iframe borders, the best way is to use the CSS border property. The following example will simply render the iframe without any borders:

Similarly, you can use the border property to add the borders of your choice to an iframe. The following example will render the iframe with 2 pixels blue border: URL9

Idea #2: Link to Layerise in your email communcation

It's not just a delight to receive a confirmation email which has everything you need to get started - and perhaps even a few extra tips and tricks. It's also a convenient way for you to begin educating your customers about your product and offer them the best possible start.

We recommend updating the following three type of emails with a link to Layerise.

1. Order confirmation

You customers don't have to wait until they receive their product to register and get started. Include the Product Assistant link in the order confirmation to speed up the registration process and make them (even more) excited about your product. URL16

2. Order has been delivered

When the product has finally been delivered to the customers, it is recommended to add the Product Assistant URL in the delivery email so that the Product Assistant come in handy to provide unboxing and setting up instructions.

Placing the Product Assistant URL in the email can significantly reduce repetitive questions and bad first impressions due to lack of knowledge about the product.

3. New query sent by a customer via chat/email/website regarding the product

Adding a direct link to Layerise in the services you use to service your customers helps them find their answer faster.

Protip: If you already collect customers phone numbers and are able to send texts, you can also include a direct link to Layerise in here as well. URL18
