How Layerise helped Streamplify build a after-sales experience to inspire the young generation of live streamers & content creators
Streamplify (a part of Pro Gamersware GmbH) is on a mission to inspire young individuals to share their passions and interests with the world. Why did Streamplify need a different after-sales experience?
In recent years, livestreaming has become increasingly popular among young individuals. Yet many assume it requires substantial experience with operating cameras, lights, and microphones to become successful with it and, hence, never get started.
With the launch of a new series of plug and play products, Streamplify has completely removed this barrier for its customers. It only takes a few minutes to get set up; a swift experience which Streamplify wanted to keep as free of paper instructions as possible.
