Chad-O-Chef - Lifestyle Products started manufacturing quality stainless steel products in 1983. Ever since the beginning, the company has paid special attention to its customers’ needs and fine-tuned its gas grills for the South African market. For over 35 years, they have strived to bring South Africans quality gas products ranging from high-grade stainless steel gas grills and kitchen extractor systems to flueless gas fireplaces adding flair to any entertainment area. Judi Hazel, the Marketing Coordinator at Chad-O-Chef Lifestyle products, spoke with us recently to share her experience with Layerise and how we helped the company efficiently engage with its customers.

What were the pre-Layerise challenges?

"Improficiencies regarding communication with the customer and capturing  post-sale insights. We had been missing a proper tool to interact with customers and get a genuine understanding of their post-sale experiences. We wanted to find ways to acquire these insights."
