Adaptive Product Registration

Product registration should be effortless—after all, it’s one of the key steps in getting your customers onboarded quickly. However, with similar product names across multiple models, we noticed customers sometimes struggled with registering the correct product when serial numbers didn’t match.

We’ve improved this flow to remove the guesswork. Now, if a customer selects the wrong product, our system will ensure that they register the correct item linked to their serial number. It’s a powerful tweak, but one that will significantly improve the user experience, making it smoother and frustration-free for your customers.

These small improvements have a big impact, particularly when it comes to customer registrations and data accuracy. By guiding customers through the correct registration process, you not only reduce the chances of errors, but you also ensure that your customer data is accurate and reliable. This data forms the foundation for future customer interactions, enabling you to provide targeted support, personalized marketing, and warranty services that are specific to each customer’s product. Ultimately, better data means stronger relationships, improved insights, and a more tailored experience for your users.

Mandatory 2FA Security for All Users: Safety First

We’ve all heard it—security is non-negotiable. At Layerise, we are taking this to heart with our latest enhancement: 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is now mandatory for all users, no matter their type. This means your account, data, and customer interactions are safeguarded by an extra layer of security.

Localized Cookie Policy with 36 Languages

We understand that localization is crucial when engaging with customers worldwide. That’s why we’ve expanded our cookie policy to support 36 languages—the same number of languages already available in the Assistant. This ensures that your customers receive transparent and localized information about data usage, wherever they are.

Whether they’re in Tokyo, Berlin, or São Paulo, your customers will now see a cookie policy that speaks their language, helping you stay compliant with local regulations while enhancing trust and clarity.

Web Widget with Auto-Open

Timing is everything when it comes to customer engagement, and we’ve just made it easier for you to optimize it. With our new auto-open configuration for the Web Widget, you can now set when the widget should appear based on how long a user has been on your page.
